so a friend of mine picked up some mosaic hops. we tasted it for the first time yesterday, and wow! it was a really neat tasting beer. it was flat and warm, but i really think it is going to be good. Has anyone else tried this Hop? i also found out that there is a another new one at my HBS that starts with a Z but cannot remember the name right now.
