Still 4 sale? Where are you located?

The system is located in Sacamento, CA. It is not officially sold. I have somebody interested who is coming to see it Sunday and another who is ready with an offer if the Sunday buyer doesn't come through. So long story short, I am accepting backup offers at this point and will update early next week.

Cheers,
John
