Local Pick up. Bend, Oregon. Up for sale is a Morebeer B3 1550 stainless steel fully automatic digital 10 gallon tippy dump brewing system. Its got all the bells and whistles. It includes all the original parts with a reinforced standing platform for mashing in. I will include a counterflow immersion wort chiller and a Blichmann 14 gallon conical fermenter as well. Its a true work of art and a pleasure to brew with. I've only brewed about 15-20 beers with it so it's barely broke in. Bought in 2011. New this costs $5100 + taxes and shipping (about $1000). The fermenter is $640. The wort chiller is $150. I'll throw in some extras too including my Barley Crusher. Got to get out of the hobby unfortunately. It's all yours for $4500 cash.
Here is some more information about the brewing sculpture:
Oh, the Tippy-Dump. The Tippy-Dump sculpture is named after it's tipping Mash Tun. Place a garbage can on the built-in step and dump away after the brewing session is over. A nice benefit of the 1550/2050 design is the placement of the Hot Liquor Tank under the Mash Tun. Excess heat rising above the Hot Liquor Tank helps keep the Mash Tun warm during the Mash. The 1550 comes with 15 Gallon Kettles, but any of the three kettles can be later enlarged to the 26 gallon size (the 26 gallon Mash Tun basket and hardware must also be purchased). If you plan to mostly make 10 gallons at a time this is definitely the BrewSculpture for you.
A folding handle allows you to pick up and move the system in a wheel barrow fashion. Easy to move, yet very stable in brewing position.
Pros: Smaller footprint than the Flat Sculptures. Gravity from Mash Tun to Boil Kettle makes for an easy sparge. Built in casters for easy movement. Dump your mash after the brew is over. Built in Step for easy access to Mash Tun.
Cons: Taller than the 1100 Flat System. You do have to use the step to mix grains into the Mash Tun. (I have a large platform step that I use and it's perfect)
Base Dimensions:
61" Tall (Does not include height of kettles)
23" Deep
48" Long
This Digital Tippy-Dump Sculpture features:
Stainless Steel Maximizers and Diverter
Analog Thermometers
High Flow March Pump
