Selling my early generation (Italian kettles and no platform below dump chute) More Beer 1550 Digital Tippy Dump Brewing Sculpture. Works great and only reason for selling is that I bought a newer, bigger MB sculpture.

What it includes:
All stainless steel frame--boil platform professionally modified to hold bigger kettle
Stainless steel MT, HLT and Boil 15 gallon kettles (original)
SS Brewtech 20 gallon boil kettle
MB Ultimate Sparge Arm (upgrade from original copper ring)
Stainless steel quick-disconnects (upgrade from original plastic)
Extra Ranco Temp Controller and probe-new in box
False bottoms for both MT and Boil kettles
March pump (new poly head)
Copper convoluted heat exchanger
Plumber for propane
Weldless whirlpool valve--both boil kettles drilled to accommodate
All necessary silicone tubing

Asking $2,000.00/cash OBO. Local pick-up--Seattle, WA only

SOLD Thanks, Dave!

The Ranco on the right of the panel sets the temp and controls the HLT burner--HLT has a float switch to shut off burner when water level drops too low. Ranco on the left controls the pump to regulate mash temp. When mash temp drops below setting on controller, pump kicks on and recirculates through the heat exchanger in the HLT. Mash Tun also has a float switch to regulate sparge water levels during (gravity) sparging and turns pump on/off as needed.
