I noticed a few small mold spots and a little condensation in my freezer fermentation chamber after taking my beer out today. I did spill a little wort when I transferred some of it from the carboy to a 1 gallon jug I side the chamber so I was thinking that may be it. Is there any way to control moisture and keep the chance of mold to a minimum?

I always keep some DampRid in my fermentation chamber for just this very reason.

There are other alternatives too, but that's what I happen to use.
