MLF question

I have a batch of carmenere that is a bit over 2 months old. Is it to late to do a MLF? If not, do I need todo anything special?

It's (almost) never too late to do a MLF...

As long as the wine isn't sulfited, MLF can be done. After MLF is over, you can sulfite, rack, and age.
