So i brewed an 8 gallon batch of a hef the other day and I split them into two different fermentors to ferment. Both have about 4 gallons in them. One somehow fermented a bit more so the OG of one is 1.012 and the other is 1.014. I was planning on kegging 5 gallons worth and then bottling the rest. I don't think it will affect anything by marrying them together will it? What if it was a bigger difference? Nothing except to just change a bit of the flavor from combining the two right? Just making sure.

Thanks!

Go ahead and do it. I have done that I the past. You can be asured that they will taste the same.
