Didnt have time for a full mash today but had to get the beer fermenting if its to be ready by the time I neef it, so I bought an IPA kit. In it cam 1/2 ounce Millenium hops. Opened the package and the damn stuff smells like bubble gum to me! Anyone else have this experience with millenium hops?
