Milk Thistle

Anyone take milk thistle? Spose to help the liver. I drink more than my fair share of beer and I'd like to do everything possible to be able to continue drinking more than my fair share for a long long time.

I actually used milk thistle in a stout a few years ago. Interesting to say the least...
