New brewer here, this will be my second brew.

Going to add the spices add flame out, to get more flavor.

I also have 2 29oz cans of libby's pumpkin. If I add one can at beginning of boil and one at say 30 mins (or even closer to the end of the boil), would I get more pumpkin flavor?

Are you doing extract or all grain? I put the pumpkin in the mash personally. The flavor of the pumpkin is less important than adding a sort of base pumpkin protein to the wort that supports the flavor of the spice kit. I think this works best when you do the pumpkin meat in the mash and the spice kit at about 10 min left in the boil. If you are doing extract, throw the pumpkin in with the steeping grains. I've made some really good pumpkin ales this way.
