I'll now brewed 2 extract batches of hefeweizen. The first was a complete failure because I tried to boil the wort on my stove and without a rigorous boil the high levels of DME made it seem like creamed corn. The second turned out okay(drinkable) but was by no means delicious.
Now,I'm thinking of trying out the Midwest Supplies Honey Amber Ale:

It has good reviews but I'm worried about it being too sweet for my liking. Has anybody tried it?
