Priming Sugar: 5 oz boiled in 2 cups of water

Yeast: Nottingham, 1 pkg reconstituted

Steep Crystal Malt in 2 gallons of 160 degree water for 20 minutes

sparge with 1/2 gallon 160 degree water-

when boiling add malts and rice syrup solids and boiling hops.
Boil 55 minutes.
Add finishing hops. Boil additional 5 minutes.

Quick Cool
Add water and aerate then add reconstituted yeast.

This is an outstanding brew
