Mesh for mash tun bottom filter

Hi!
I am planning to make a new brewing setup, And I'm looking for suggestions as to what mesh to go for?
From some quick googling it seems like two separate mesh plates are common, one fine, and somewhat courser.

It will work, mesh just tends to be a bit expensive if you go for something like ss.

Thanks, I should have been clearer I guess. I'm thinking SS, I'm wondering specifically about mesh size.
