Currently making this bad Larry.
Steeped 1lbs American Crystal 20L @150 for 40 mins
Add 4.5 lbs Briess Golden light DME and 1/3 of a can of Mutons Amber LME.
Hop Schedule:
1.5 oz Citra @60
.5 oz Citra @40
.5 oz Citra @20
1 oz Citra @5
.5 oz Chinook @1
2 oz Citra Dry Hop
1 oz Chinook Dry Hop
Yeast - Safale US-05
1 teaspoon Irish moss @15
Expected OG 1.071
Expected FG 1.018
Ferment for 7 days then add dry hop additions and continue to ferment for two weeks.
Brewing this tonight. I expect it to be extremely bitter (tastybrew has the IBU at 125).
