Given the 5 week window I figured most people are brewing up for some memorial day festivities. I just made a batch of Schlenkeria's Miller Lite Clone:

Brewing it was a breeze, hit all my numbers, 80% eff, feels great. Should be ready in time for 5/30. Next weekend and the weekend after I want to do some shorter turnaround beers, most likely Edwort's Haus Pale and I might even try my hand at the Graff recipe.

Plan: three or four kegs of homebrew, trash barrel full of ice, as many people as can fit on a small lawn (every inch is a luxury in Boston), bbq, festivities and welcome in the summer.

Anyone else brewing for memorial day??

Ah, I didn't really think about brewing something for memorial day. I usually use the time off to brew something. If I have any free space in my keg after the next week or so, I'll probably do something hoppy or maybe an old style ginger beer.
