Is there a way to get an actual gravity reading with a refractometer on a beer that is already in the process of fermenting? I have the OG readings from a hydrometer and refractometer – can I use that info to find the current gravity with the a sample placed on the refractometer?

That's the style curve I had mentioned. If you go to some of the links on the page I think he gives some ballpark figures for certain beers, but in the end for you to be accurate, you need to get to know your wort correction for your own beers.
