I'm not very diligent with taking readings from my carboy's but after racking to a bottling bucket mixed with 5oz of priming sugar (5 gal ferment, ~4.75 gal after racking) how much would that affect my FG?
Specifically, after 5 weeks I racked a Apfelwein that had gone clear to a bottling bucket mixed with priming sugar and was getting ~1.006 @ 68F.
