Mead help needed!

Hello, I need advice. I made 1 gallon of wild flower honey and citrus mead it has turned smelling and tasting like straight ethanol, 20%ABV what should I do?
 
You could try stabilizing and backsweetening to cover the alcohol. I would cellar it and try it next fall.
 
Thank you guys for the help, I’m going to age it out and see how it goes
 
How long ago did you make it? 20% is probably going to take a long time to mellow. I have some 18% mead that was great the last bottle I had at the 16 year mark.
