yeah you can ferment in it if it doesnt have too much headspace, make sure the must (unfermented mead) nearly fills the fermenter. if its what i think it is, a small plastic beer kit fermenter, you should be ok given you have an airlock and have sanitized. cheers
How often should I transfer it?? What do I do if I think it is infected?? I think the strawberries I added spoiled?? What should I do??? I transferred it to a secondary and there is stuff on the bottom after one day.
