How can I safely dispose of the sediment left in my Primary? Can it go down the drain, or will it clog up the plumbing?

It's actually good for the pipes.

Especially helpful if you have a septic tank. Yeast eats up all the bad bacteria. Works the same as Rid-X to keep your pipes cleaned. ;)

If you learned how to wash your yeast instead of pouring it down the drain/toilet you'd save some money every time you brewed.

Yep it wont hurt anything. I'd wait to get some more exp before yeast washing. I like the idea of composting. I think ill give that a shot
