Mashing 66# to get 14gallons finished beer. Big RIS..
Wondering if I should mash in with all my water to get 16g of first runnings then use the second running for a smaller batch or sparge as normal?

Your efficiency will drop if you put it all in at once. So you might have to add extra grain to account for that. Also the second batch will be pretty weak so you might need some additional grains/malt to add for that one too unless you don't mind a watery beer.
