In my opinion- this is the way to do all-grain. easy and really comes out better than the BIAB setup. It basically takes everything you would get in a huge brew tower and makes it apartment-size.

Looking for someone in the NYC area, as this is going to be pricey if shipped.

I’m including a stainless chiller and a thermoworks thermometer because it’s the setup I’ve found effective. The 24” thermometer gets down the the grain bed (a thermapen isn’t long enough). It’s by the same folks who make thermapens and it’s incredibly accurate. The chiller fits perfectly inside the mash-n-boil and knocks it down to cold break temps in 10 min.
