Planning my keg setup in a fridge. Was looking at the two way manifold. I tried to blow through it with the valves open. Couldn't. Does that manifold need more pressure than I can produce?

does it have check valves built into it? If so were you blowing on the valve that would go out to the keg or the valve coming in from the tank?

Check valves would close if you tried to blow air through the valve that feeds the keg.

I blew and sucked. Thought about a check valve. Blew and sucked from the gas in fitting and blew and sucked in both the gas out fittings.

You probably won't be able to move the check valve wither way. IIRC most vales take at least 5 psi to open in the correct direction. The average human can only produce 1 - 1.5 psi.
