Looking for some assistance. Looking to add nectar to a one barrel blonde ale. Post fermentation, usually use fresh or purees, but decided too late to add the fruit. Blonde is only about a week into fermentation, so any other suggestions would be appreciate it. Cascade Hops used, 8 oz. Looking for amount needed, looking to keg/carb Mid August, need ready by 8/21. Thanks in advance.

You could do a tincture with lime zest and add to taste at kegging. Or for mango perhaps an Amoretti craft purée or flavoring. I’ve used their mango flavoring before and it’s solid. About to use their strawberry rhubarb craft purée in a blonde ale myself.

I'm definitely leaning towards the mango, trying to go for a tropical flavor. How much do suggest to add?

It’s been a long time since I’ve used it. I know I went with the lower end of the dosage recommended by amoretti. I would just start at the bottom of the dosage recommendation

I was thinking about this more. If you wanted to use fresh fruit or puree, you still have time to do that. You only need about 2 weeks on real fruit to get the flavor into the beer. Once it's done, you can carb in a day.
