Has anyone made a nonalcoholic malt soda? I’ve purchased them from the store before. I was just thinking about trying one for my kids.
Does anyone have any recipes or knowledge?
I’m guessing the ones I’ve tried from the store don’t have hops. Probably have caramel malts or other flavorful malts that aren’t pale or really dark. Might need to adjust the acid not sure. Not even sure what SG would be a good starting point without some experimentation.
