Malt extract question

I ordered my ingredients offline and accedently ordered 3 pounds of malt extract instead of 6. I ordered a light pilsner extract and was wondering if I went to a home brew store and bought a pilsner extract, (even if it wasn't the same as the one I already had), would it be ok? Is it going to throw the taste off too much?

This is not the correct forum for questions about recipes. This forum is for tried-and-true recipes to share with others.

As for your question, yes it would be fine to buy more pilsner extract from your local homebrew supply store and use in your recipe. As long as you get "pilsner" extract then you should be good.

No worries. Regular thing around here, and of course with the size of this place it's easy to do if you're not a regular poster. No big deal at all, for me or stpug. We're just neat freaks
