Hi All

If you were to deconstruct distilled water would the (insert any common brewing salt) be 0.0 ppm?

If you know of a web site or post that gives basic and explicit instructions on how to make brewing water from distilled water - please post it in a reply

Thanks

Yah, cool program called Brewater 3.0. I build water... it is easier than making Mac and Cheese.

cootr, you might want to consider building on top of RO water. It's difficult to find distilled under a buck a gallon. If you have a water store nearby, they'll be in the 40-50/gallon cent range for RO. You'll be using fewer additives as well.

Just a thought.

cheers

Yah, Brewater3.0 has about 20 water profiles... it is excellent, Id google it!

Thanks for the info - I just down loaded it :)

Any comments on my first question?
