20.8% white wheat malt
13.9% marris otter
6.1% dextrose
3.5% acidulated
rice hulls

For a 10 gallon batch
2 oz chinook @60min 30 ibu
Citra and Nelson Sauvin @8oz ea at flameout

I know nothing except Your IBU's are going the right direction..

Minor suggestion - split the flameout addition and make it either 6/2 or 4/4, adding some at 180°F for a whirlpool.
