LOL Found that one about 20min after I posted- was trying to find one on these boards...you know...keep'n in the family

At least it gives me something to go on. I was thinking about swapping out a few things...brown sugar for white...maybe strong tea for the tannin...some lime juice for citric acid... figured I should ask first

To be honest...I'm thinking of working a base recipe and trying Lychee...Star Fruit...Dragon Fruit... but I think the Lychee will be the first swing.

Curious how this will turn out; so please post your results later

Have a experimental batch of star fruit wine in secondary, next time will be freezing some fruit to add some juice to give more flavor after fermentation. Or maybe with time, after the alcohol mellow out a little will be able to get a better taste.

OK. Going to give the Lychee a try. Anyone know what type of conversion rate to use for puree vs fresh fruit?

I'm curious about your lychee and starfruit experiments! I have a lychee in secondary right now, I made up the recipe after doing some research (of course didn't find Jack's until now). Starfruit is in the future as I have access to some prolific trees.
