Well I ended up with aprox. 6g of wort on my all grain and with an OG of 1.032. Thats 8 points off. It this due to collecting more wort or just poor efficiency?
If the recipe was for a 5 gallon batch then it is for sure from using too much water during the mash and or sparge. It could also be from efficiency too, or poor boil off rate, or a combination of all these things.
