Can low flocculation yeast make your beer hazy? Did a cold crash and gelatin and still hazy. Can I do another gelatin even if its carbonating rigth now? Using wyeast 1388

Are you kegging? If so it may just be sediment pick-up from the bottom of the keg. I know the beers that I've fined with gelatin come out very clear after the first few pints.

Yes im kegging. It was very murky at first but now it looks better but still hazy. I poured many glasses so far.do you think I should do another gelatin?

Gelatin can sometimes take a couple days to work but yeah if the gelatin got too hot or something it could have denatured so I wouldn't see any harm in adding more.

Second the gelatin taking a few days to work. Sometimes it works in 24 hours, sometimes it takes 72+. But, generally, if you leave beer sit long enough undisturbed, it will clear. Having an IPA now that was not hit with gelatin. After a while in the keg, it is commercial-quality clear.
