OK, so let's pretend you won the lottery. Since you love your HBT friends so much, you decide to take them all on a "money's not an object" trip. Where would you go?

Since I started this, I'll call Oktoberfest. (It's too easy, we need more obscure ideas). Where would you take all of us? You can use your home town if there's a kick-ass shin-dig.

Are you talking to an Event?
Or just a trip.

Beer related or not?

If it's an Event, here
If it's a trip and it's time limited then I'd say Cuba and Mexico.

If it's beer related then I'd say A UK wide pub crawl and pick out the best ten beers and steaks around the UK.

Orkney, North Scotland. Get the wind up yer sails that would ;)
Orkney Dark Island was my favourite beer in Scotland and the people from there are not adverse to having a small tipple of an evening...

A big ass beer tour... All the microbreweries in America and Canada, then to Ireland, England, France, Belgium, Germany, and everywhere else... yadda yadda

I'd like to take everyone hop diving.

A tour of Belgium, of course. Far too many people be hatin on Belgian beers 'round here.

I'll go to belgium with you any day. I love belgian beers. Something about the excessive maltiness cut by that sour yeastiness. Mmmm.

Word. So we've got 2. Who else is in? Once you go De Dolle, you never go back :rockin:

Near where I live there is an 84 Lumber Yard thats closed up and gone out of business. I would buy that building and put a go-kart track and some batting cages on the outside, build a skating park roller rink on the inside, and put a restaurant/lounge inside there too. That way my little boy could have his own skatepark just like Tony Hawks, and all the kids in town would have a cool place to play and hang out and there'd be a nice lounge where the grownups could chill out away from the kids and not be bothered but still be able to keep an eye on them and supervise.

Then of course I'd invite you all over for homebrews. Bring your skateboards.

I'd fly everyone up to Yooper's cabin and we could do the nude brew group that was mentioned in another post.

Well, ok, we'd probably have to find more chick's then yooper.

Done. That's 4.....now somebody hit that lotto. We'd have to hit Germany too though, no time by high-speed train.

OK, first post, but here goes:

I would drag everybody up to Seattle (Pyramid Ale) and hit every major league baseball park on the west coast all the way down to San Diego for at least a 3 game series at each place with plenty of food and days between hangovers. Various options might include:

1. The Yooper babe would be driving a huge RV with everybody on board! :rockin:

2. Mr. Johnsonville himself will come along with all his delicious bratwurst products!:ban:

3. We end it all with a massive brew fest where all IRAQ soldiers and vets are there and we are at peace:mug:
