Hi. This is my first cider and going well. Yeast is working. The only issue i have is that i think too much pulp may have gone into the demijohn as first time and it has all collected at the top. Should i leave until fermentation stops or will it start to rot? Its about 4 days in. Any help be much appreciated. Ricky

As long as it's not clogging your airlock, I'd leave it be. If it's in danger of clogging, you might rig a blowoff tube.
Regards, GF.

Is it pulp, or is it a cider krausen (similar to beer)? My cider was filtered pretty fine and I still had a 2" krausen on top, which eventually will fall.
