Brewed a Tej but have a ton of leftover Gesho. The Tej is coming along nicely and has a pretty sweet/unique flavor to it. Not too interested in the Ethiopian beer I've seen recipes for but I could be interested in trying this in a cider/gruit? Maybe a wit or saison? Just sorta looking for places to start here. I may just end up brewing an extra 2 gallons on my next few batches and tossing these in there to see what happens
