For a 2 vessel K-RIMS setup, I want to use an autosparge to regulate flow back into the MT. I plan to use my existing 10G Brewbuilt kettle for the MT, and it already has a notched lid that I use for recirculating BIAB return flow.
What I'd like to be able to do is some sort of clamp on solution so that I don't have to put any holes in the kettle. The K-RIMS is for high gravity beers so I want to still use it for eBIAB on smaller beers and don't want to limit the volume capacity with a hole in the side.
Thoughts?
