I have been a fan of Abita beer for quite some time since I am originally from south Louisiana. I currently live near St. Louis now however a lot of local places sell a wide assortment of beers from Abita. Yesterday I was walking in my local grocery market and came upon Abita's Mardi Gras Bock. Why I have never picked up a six pack before, I do not know. It is an excellent beer and I cannot get enough of it! Although I am extremely new to home brewing and am currently fermenting my first 5 gallon batch of beer in the basement right now, I would love to one day try to duplicate this tasty beer. Has anyone tried to duplicate the Mardi Gras Bock before? Can anyone share the recipe with me so I can one day venture down that road? Thanks!
