Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a fairly simple yet successful stout extract recipe for me.

I appreciate it!!

northernbrewer has a good irish dry stout kit. midwestbeer supply also has good stout kits.

i recommend the extract with steeping grains

Try the Deception Cream Stout! I have it fermenting in the basement now. One of my favorite brews to date, even without tasting it yet! Just a lot of fun to put together.

Sorry to get back so late, but I just steep them from the time I get the water in the pot until the water is 170F

It's all good.

I just bottled the batch today and actually snuck a sip.

I can already tell man, it's going to be glorious. Tasted awesome.
