I recently went to Orlando to Universal. I had a beer named Too Stout from the Chocolate Emporium. I think it is actually the Florida Brewing Company’s Too Chocolate Stout. I am looking for an extract clone of this. Any Recommendations?

Have you searched for that beer by its name?
How is it different from other Chocolate Stouts? There are plenty of proven recipes for that style.
According to Brulosophy.com, using Cholaca seems to get you better, richer chocolate flavor than nibs do.
