While I have never done this recipe, per se, in December I did a parti-gyle brew day based off of it. (I wound up with a 1.060 Stout and a 1.100 RIS.) While the RIS is ageing, samples were tasty, if a tad hot, a couple weeks ago. The little guy was a crowd pleaser. Cracked the first one for St. Patrick's Day and they were gone in a week or two. Point being, I believe you can scale the recipe in Beersmith to whatever purpose and ABV you like. Imperial Stout Russian Imperial Stout.
