Looking for a good pumpkin seed

I'm growing a pumpkin ale garden. Barley, hops and pumpkin. Any suggestions for a good pumpkin variety?

For seeds or for flesh? If it's for in ale, I imagine flesh. I suggest Winter Luxury; small, pretty, delicious pie pumpkins. If you want seeds (or unique decorations), plant Kakai.

This is exactly what i was looking for. I just ordered some seeds today. Thank you. Fyi I will be using the seeds to grow pumpkins, so i can harvest the flesh for a pumpkin ale.

Yeah, that should work great. I'm trying to grow into developing my own ingredients too; been trying to source barley seed for a while now (that doesn't come in vast bulk sizes). At least spices and hops are easy to get seeds/rhizomes for.

I got merit 2-row barley seed from this farmer in montana. it's $25 for 14 lbs (includes shipping)

I sowed about 1/2 pound, the rest I'm using to practice malting. Hoping for the best!
