Preferably extract with steeping grains. I do full boils.

What do you all like?

I found this recipe awhile ago and it was very good. Wish I had some more left. This was with A 2 gallon boil

6# Extra Light Dry Extract
1.5# Crystal 40L (Steep)

1oz Target (60 min)
1oz Fuggles (40 min)
1oz Fuggles (30 min)
.5oz East Kent Golding (15 min)

6.6 lb Pale Liquid Extract

2 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) UK
0.5 lb Biscuit Malt
0.5 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine
0.5 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L

50.00 gm Goldings, East Kent [6.00 %] (60 min)
25.00 gm Goldings, East Kent [6.00 %] (30 min)
25.00 gm Goldings, East Kent [6.00 %] (5 min)

This one turned out well. A couple people who prefer BMC or Heiniken(sp?) type beers liked it too. I really like the EKG's.
