looking for a good base IIPA extract recipe

I stumbled across a gold mine of Nugget, Citra, and Sarachi Ace at a great little HBS in Portsmouth NH and I would like to see if anyone has a good base DIPA extract recipe I can utilize my own hop schedule with. I'm looking to do about 9% ABV so I'm thinking OG of about 1.080+

Any suggestions? I will most likely do a 5 gallon batch at first and if its liked I'll do a 10 gallon batch to get ready for the summer.

I've done a few that turned out really good using extra light dme, 40 crystal and then your hops. I think mine would convert to a 5 gallon with 8-9 lbs dme, and a lb of corn sugar. A lb of crystal would go nice with that.

So here's what I did:

1# 20L crystal
1# biscuit
9# light DME
1oz nugget @60
1oz Citra+ .5oz Nugget @45
1oz Citra+.5oz Nugget @30
1oz Nugget @15
1oz Citra @flame out.

OG came to 1.088 and I pitched Wyeast 1056

I will be dry hopping with 3oz Sirachi Ace
