Long time reader and recipe user Ive decided to finally sign up and join some of the conversations. Long time home brewer with 13 years of expierence. Also I used to be an assistant brewer\brewer at a brewery here in oconomowoc, wisconsin called Sweet Mullets Brewing Company (a small 15 bbl brewery) Had a great time learning the great art of cleaning.. Eventually the brewer left and started a new brewery and I took over for a year. Unfortunatly I had a growing family and this was my 2nd job so I had to step away from it. Working 75 hrs a week is tough. I learned alot from the expierence and wish it would've paid better and or offered insurance but for 15 an hour no benefits with 4 kids lol I had to focus on my factory job lol. Mabye once im retired or the kids move out I can do my dream job again. Lets see my favourite style is Oud Bruin. I like all beers they all have their place in the pantheon of beers..... thats it for now I hope to talk to you all more soon.
