So i have backed up my pipeline and have a two hearted clone (extract) in the secondary. it might be a few weeks before i have a free keg. should i keep it at 70 deg. up stairs or take it to the basement 55ish deg. until i am ready to dry hop? also if i bring it to the basement, when its time to dryhop should i bring it back in the 70 deg.?
thanks

cooling it down will really just slow down the yeast. I would personally just leave it conditioning at 70 until you're ready to bottle. :)
