Ahh the sadness that is the last glass of a keg of gold medal beer.

First the beer is dipped in a vat of liquid hot bronze.
Finally the bronze hardens to preserve the beer for years to come.

a moment of silence for all of our dusted kegs and last bottles.....

Nice looking beer, I have one in the fermentation freezer since superbowl weekend, makes me want to run out there now and keg it :D

what is your method for getting it so clear?

A good 4-6 weeks at lager temps. <35 degrees F.

After the first or second poor it was really clear. It did have a slight bit of chill haze, but it seemed like after another month or so in the cold that dropped out as well.

Edit: Oh and whirlfloc in the kettle. Other than that, no finings.

Edit: oh and cold crashing in the primary before kegging, I have no proof, but I think that helps keep stuff in the primary and out of the finished beer.
