I started some muscadine wine back in Sept. It is still fermenting a little. This is the first time I have seen this. Its sitting right about 1.005.
 
If this is primary ferm then I would do a first racking. I had a white zinfandel that kept going after second rack so I added sorbate, seems to have quieted down.
 
Yes 1tsp. per gallon. Any suspensions from sorbate will be left in the vessel once racked again.
 
I stabilized it and backsweeted it with some homemade white muscadine syrup. It is a touch cloudy, but my wife (who likes very sweet wine) says it is the best I've made.
