I came across an 8 pack of this at HEB (my local grocery store) and could not help myself but put it in the cart for nostalgia reasons. It brought back memories of buying beer when I a bit shy of the legal age in Ohio.

It also brought back memories of a Fireman's Convention in Cincinnati where the Hudepohl and Schoenling Breweries sponsored 24 hour round the clock hospitality suites. :drunk:

Anyway, the bottom line, I wish I could have bought only 1 instead of an 8 pack. :( It's been tough to choke it down. Genesee Cream Ale is much better if you are looking for a Cream Ale, then again if Creamed Corn trips your trigger, then Little Kings is right up your alley.

Still, it was kinda cool to see it in the beer section here in Texas.

We used to drink Little Kings in Wisconsin during my younger days. For some reason we thought the little 7oz. bottles were cool. Now when I buy different beers to try I think the 22 oz. bombers are too small!
