Hey all,

Did a no-O2 pressure transfer from my fermenter to a keg through the liquid post, with no issues. Everything hooked up fine. But after putting it in my draft system, the same dang liquid line wouldn't connect.

The keg's poppet depresses fine, as does the pokey-think in the draft-system's disconnect (I was able to connect another keg to the line), so it doesn't seem to be a keg-side disconnect issue. I also tried putting some lube on the post, but to no effect.

Anyone else run into this or have any ideas as to how to fix this? Thanks!

Some poppet springs* are stiffer than others. If they aren't met with a similar force on the disconnect, there won't be a passage.

* Universal poppet/spring combos can be very stiff. If that's the case, you can clip a turn off the bottom of the spring, and see if it improves.
