i know this is stupid, but my friends want me to brew a light beer. they found out about my new keg system and they want 5 gal of light beer on tap for a party. so i put a few things in beer smith and this is what i have so far...
partial mash
3 pounds extra light dme
3 pound of 2 row
1 pound of flaked rice
1 pound crystal 10
.5 oz crystal hops @60min.
.5 oz crystal hops @20 min.

5.2% alc
does this recipe sounds like it would taste alright? they want little to no bitterness.
