Hi ya'll,
I am doing porter with orange peel and spices and I would like to add some licorice on it. I have a can of licorice root powder.
Doing an 15 litres (3.9 gallons) batch and would like the licorice to be subtle but notable. Any ideas how much should I use this?
Was thinking of adding it 5 mins left of boil.
